Within the framework of this consortium, the institutional website is managed by AFM-TELETHON, an association governed by the law of July 1, 1901, recognized as being of public interest, whose registered office is located at 47-83 boulevard de l’Hôpital, 75651 Paris cedex 13, France.

PREAMBULE

As part of its missions, AFM-TELETHON, in its capacity as coordinator of the consortium, has set up, in collaboration with the other member associations of the consortium, a website enabling:

  • On the one hand, to help patients and their loved ones better understand the disease, identify associations related to a pathology, get in touch with reference centers, and learn about research, clinical trials, conferences, and events;
  • On the other hand, to help healthcare professionals, clinicians, and researchers more easily identify French associations in order to offer patients clinical trials, treatments, or provide documentation and/or information related to a disease.

In addition, this site also helps to raise France’s profile among pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

The user of the website therefore undertakes to comply with the intellectual property rules applicable to the various content made available on the site, namely:

  • Not to reproduce, summarize, modify, alter, or redistribute, without the prior authorization of AFM-TELETHON, any article, title, application, software, logo, trademark, information, illustration, or photograph for any use other than strictly private use, thereby excluding any reproduction for professional purposes or large-scale distribution;
